Join us!
Artists Painting Artists is an initiative to bring community together to make art of each other. You can interpret painting to mean any medium and material you like. At the end of 2025 we hope to have a group exhibition of our favourite pieces.
YOU are invited.
We get together on the third Saturday of each month from 11am-2pm.
There is no cost to participate, but there may be costs involved in hiring a venue or paying for a coffee if we are in a cafe.
We are doing most meetings At Petrie Terrace Gallery and we pay $10 for members or $20 for non members to hire the upstairs gallery.
All models are volunteer artists and by participating we hope that you will book yourself in to be a model at some stage.
In February our model was musician Derek Squire and we had so much fun.
The next session will be at the Petrie Terrace Gallery on Saturday March 15th, 11am - 2pm and the model will be the lovely Alex from @conpori
